ORELAX PADS|2019

The brand name is ORELAX, which is a combination of organic and relax.

 

The brand's products are made with organic cotton, not only in terms of product quality but also the experience brought by the product, so that women are still relaxed during the menstrual period.

Expressing menstruation is not a shame but a thing to be proud of.

 

The logo evolved from the combination of the letter o and the woman's vagina, reflecting the brand's identity as elegance, liberation, and freedom.

CHALLENGE

“I really don’t want to touch it(blood). I mean, although I know it’s mine, I still feel sick.”

I used orange soda on behalf of menstruation to pour the average menstrual volume of an adult woman on a pad. It aims to simulate the process of replacing pads and folding them by the method advocated.

Women usually replaced pads in the bathroom, and the small space is not suitable for such complicated operations finished with one hand (because the other hand may hold a new pad to be replaced). And when the hand touches the used pad, people will subconsciously look for a "safe area" so as not to touch the blood.

 

Therefore many consumers often do not fold and then discard it. The discarding of pads in the trash can of the toilet is very indecent, especially in the toilets shared by men and women. An elegant and fashionable woman, everything around her should be matched with her, including sanitary napkins, and the original intention of our concept was born.
